Lamb in the Brazier

Lamb is another tradition at the Estancia on Tuesday nights.

In addition to the country buffet with a variety of hot dishes, soups, snacks and desserts, we have the Chef's suggestion served A La Carte:
Ratatouille, Rustic Potato and Mint Pesto.
On the brazier: empty Angus and Lamb
*option to exchange for another cut: chicken or fish.

After dinner, the night continues at Pulperia with a nativist music show.
