Full Board
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in your daily rate. Drinks and snacks from the bars are separate.
Start your day enjoying the view of the fields with a breakfast full of farm delicacies. Lunches are hybrid with a country buffet and several freshly prepared A La Carte options. Dinners are themed menus for each day of the week and to accompany it, a country buffet with salads, soups and snacks.
Originally from Scotland, the breed has been bred in Brazil for over 100 years. Internationally recognized for the superior tenderness, succulence and flavor of its meat, resulting from the marbling, which characterizes and differentiates Angus Beef from others. As the farm has cattle, all the meat prepared in the gastronomic spaces is of the Angus breed.
In order to present a little more of our tradition, in the gastronomic spaces you will find dishes prepared with the gaucho seasoning. The base of the Estância's cuisine is rich in meat (mainly sheep and cattle), Carreteiro rice, manioc, tropeiro beans…
By believing in the harvests of our land, we have a climate-controlled wine cellar that values Rio Grande do Sul wines and sparkling wines. More than just an environment, an experience with history, rusticity and appreciation of Rio Grande do Sul products. There are more than 150 labels from wineries from all regions of Rio Grande do Sul. Come in and feel at home.












Breakfast
On sunny days, during breakfast, the sun's rays arrive to say good morning...
On rainy days, the view from the restaurant creates a cozy atmosphere for a leisurely breakfast…On the cold island, a wide variety of fruits, yogurts, fruit salad, freshly prepared orange juice and different types of milk... On the hot island, cheese breads and freshly baked croissants... Variety of breads, cakes, waffles, jams , comb and three types of honey.
Estancia's breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00.

Lunch
Estância Gastronomia is the hotel's main restaurant, with capacity for up to one hundred and eighty people. The space has a large balcony where it is possible to drink mate or even a good wine enjoying the view. Signed by Chef Maurício Nunes, the menus with a gaucho influence aim to rescue emotional and affective memories through the senses.
With an emphasis on the preparation of 100% Angus meats, the dishes gain a special flavor with the seasonings produced in the garden. In addition to the typical cuisine, we create several dishes to please all palates.
For lunch, the service is a hybrid with a country buffet, salad buffet and desserts. In addition to the buffet, it is possible to order a combination of A La Carte dish with freshly grilled meats and a typical dessert.
Our accommodation is with full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Drinks and snacks are the part.

Dinners
Dinners at Estribo are an experience in themselves. Guests have the opportunity every night of the week to enjoy a different experience in addition to the salad buffet and hot dishes. The main gastronomic attraction is Costelão Assado on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons on the fire pit.

Bolicho - Pool Bar
Located next to the pool, Bolicho is the ideal place to relax and enjoy moments in the sun.
A varied menu of snacks, appetizers, popsicles, crepes, quick snacks and drinks is served to complement this pleasant experience.

Pulperia Tragos & Versos
Santo Antônio da Patrulha is known for making quality artisanal cachaças. When staying at the Estancia, be sure to try the flavored cachaças.
In addition to this typical delicacy of the city, you will find a wide variety of drinks, appetizers, snacks and quick snacks. Pulperia is located in Espaço Tradição and was created to provide contact with gaucho folklore, through music and poetry. With card tables, snooker tables, TV and Victrola, it is the ideal environment for socializing and good conversation.

This is another space designed with care, dedication and history. Welcome to Cave Estribo, a climate-controlled wine cellar where you will find a selection of over 150 labels of red, white and sparkling wines from Rio Grande do Sul.
We deeply value the traditions and products of our Rio Grande do Sul, and it could not be any different with the wines we offer from the most diverse regions of the state. Each label has a label with the price on the back.
After choosing your wine, simply ask one of our waiters to open it and serve it wherever you prefer…
We suggest the balcony, the restaurant, Espaço Raízes, Pulperia… An invitation to toast to life.
